This was a path he never expected to take again. He expected to never meet anyone that he could see making his life with again, but then he had met Shelby and that was it. From that first meeting he had felt the draw already even though he had been slow to make a move. He had chosen to get to know her and let things progress naturally on their own. This was the woman he was wanting to spend his life with. The person he wanted to share everything with. He wanted the simple things with her; marriage, love, a family. He had the love that felt so strong he had to wonder if he was dreaming at times. Marriage was coming today and he was fidgeting waiting. He felt nervous, thrilled, scared all in one.

"Whoa Mikey, you'll wear a hole in the ground."

Ah there was that smart ass voice he was hoping to hear. Damien had been off for quite awhile spending time with Finn and doing his best to be a father now. So Michael hadn't seen him for awhile and feared he wouldn't show up on time. He was relieved to say the least and smiled seeing Finn as well. Talking to them distracted him from the wait. He only hoped Shelby wasn't as nervous as he was. He just wanted this to be perfect.
